Paul began his mortgage broking career in 2003 with Mortgage Choice and eventually transitioned out after 8 years with 2 franchises. He has since been a director of 2 independent brokerages, accredited with over 20 lenders and a member of the MFAA. His experience extends across all types of lending from residential, commercial, equipment finance and SMSF.
Paul has assisted literally thousands of people with their finance requirements over nearly 20 years and many of those are still long-term clients today. During this time as a broker, Paul has seen massive changes in the finance industry and has guided clients through multiple property cycles as well as navigated the GFC and Royal Commission into Banking.
Pauls core values are honesty, transparency, and integrity. He approaches every transaction with a ‘client first’ attitude, ensuring that their needs and objectives are a priority.
One of Pauls greatest strengths is his ability to communicate with anyone. He believes that everyone deserves to be communicated with in a timely, simple, and easy to understand way.
Outside work, Paul enjoys squash, kiteboarding, scuba diving and spending time with friends and family.
Alana joined the Mortgage & Finance team in 2015 with a wealth of experience in banking and finance.
Alana has a background in banking settlements, lending, and quality assurance with a major lender so the natural progression for her was into broking.
Alana manages the administration of our client files from submission to post settlement. Her communication skills are outstanding, and she brings a bubbly and bright attitude to her important role.
She is a passionate footy supporter and loves to spend time with her family, friends and adult children.

Michael has a Diploma of Mortgage and Finance Management, is a member of the MFAA and is accredited with over 20 different lenders.
In his time as a broker, Michael has helped numerous people achieve their property goals as both owner occupiers and investors.
Prior to entering the finance industry, Michael was both a professional tennis player and coach and now draws on this experience to work in the best interests of his clients in a competitive and high paced environment.
Michael believes his role as Mortgage Broker is to achieve the best outcome for his clients, building long-term trusted relationships with communication as the cornerstone. He is focused on making the process as easy and simple as possible, while providing a range of different options to best suit their individual situations and needs.
